making the most of FREE video editors

Welcome To A Mini-Movie Creators Paradise

If you’re interested in making your own mini movies or professional slideshow presentations, quickly, easily, simply and freely on your computer, laptop, P.C. or tablet, or would simply like to see some inspirational, educational or entertaining mini-movie clips … you are at the right place!

It’s FREE … It’s EASY … It’s great FUN … and we’ll show you how to do it and get the most value from your movie making experience by using one of the easiest video editors on the market – WINDOWS LIVE MOVIE MAKER – now an integral part of the Windows Live Essentials Packs.

The Easiest Way To Make Mini Movies For FREE

Below you will find two short mini-movies made especially for this website. The first one made in 2014 with the NEW Windows Live Movie Maker and the second with the old version when we began in 2008. They only took an hour or so to produce from start to finish. Just get all your photographs in one folder ready to import into movie maker and begin your creation. *TIP – It works so much better if the photographs are all cropped to the same size and in landscape format, but if they;re not, movie maker now has a fantastic feature that fits the pictures perfectly into a widescreen.

THE FIRST PROMOTIONAL MINI-MOVIE is a short trailer for a local Boxing Trainer using some pretty simple video footage, a few nice relevant pictures, some really great music and black and white effect to combine it all in a cohesive way. It also uses an automated cinematic feature which is really nice. THE SECOND IS A SLIDESHOW PRESENTATION and highlights some of the many effects and transitions you can achieve. “A Peaceful Journey” also demonstrates how easily a powerful piece of music (the loveliest version of ‘Pachebel’s Canon in D’ that I have ever heard), some delightful still photographs, gentle effect sand transitions combine together to make a relaxing and intriguing mini-movie … Enjoy!
